At Mystic Store, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our process is designed to be as seamless as our style, ensuring your fashion journey remains effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mystic account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's journey back to our studio.
